We are seeking an experienced PHP and Laravel Developer with nearly five years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, and modern web development practices. This role involves developing custom business applications, optimizing database performance, integrating third-party APIs, and building secure, maintainable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel frameworks.
- Design and build scalable RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
- Create and manage database-driven applications utilizing MySQL.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to Laravel and PHP best practices.
- Utilize Laravel features such as Eloquent ORM, Migrations, Middleware, Authentication, Queues, Events, Jobs, Notifications, and Blade templating.
- Integrate third-party APIs, including payment gateways, email services, and other external systems.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, relationships, and indexes for performance.
- Identify and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Develop responsive and interactive frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
- Collaborate effectively with frontend developers, designers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Use Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Write and maintain comprehensive technical and API documentation.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux-based servers and cloud environments as needed.
- Participate actively in requirement analysis, estimation, development, testing, and deployment phases throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architectural patterns.
- Proficient knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite.
