PHP Laravel Intern

Dzone Technologies, a software development company based in Faisalabad, specializes in building web applications, custom software, and mobile apps for a diverse range of clients. We are a hands-on, on-site team that values initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving. We are currently seeking motivated interns who are eager to grow into full-time developer roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Implement new features and resolve bugs efficiently.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Assist with database design and API integration tasks.
- Review, refactor existing code, and contribute to project documentation.
- Support basic deployment processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide regular progress updates to assigned mentors.

Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of PHP and Laravel fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of MySQL, including simple queries and schema comprehension.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and either Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience or familiarity with Next.js or Alpine.js is considered a plus.
- Academic or personal projects demonstrating relevant skills are highly valued; candidates are encouraged to share their GitHub or portfolio links.
- This is a paid, six-month on-site internship based in Faisalabad, with working hours from 09:45 AM to 6:45 PM.
- Interns will receive mentorship from senior developers and gain hands-on experience working on real client projects.
- A monthly stipend will be provided throughout the internship period.
- High-performing interns will be considered for a performance-based full-time employment offer upon successful completion of the internship.
