PHP, Laravel & WordPress Developer

ExertLogics is seeking a skilled PHP, Laravel, and WordPress Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in web application and website development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP and Laravel frameworks, along with practical experience in WordPress development. Familiarity with Docker, Linux, server management, and basic DevOps principles is essential. This full-time, on-site role based in Lake City, Lahore, involves developing high-quality web solutions, implementing responsive designs, integrating APIs, and supporting deployment workflows to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Work extensively with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and e-commerce platform WooCommerce.
- Convert design files from Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD into responsive, functional websites.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality.
- Manage MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and managing development environments.
- Assist with application deployments, server configurations, and DevOps workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to improve website performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Solid understanding of MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience working with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and WooCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized application environments.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, Git/GitHub version control, and deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of web hosting, server configuration, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and write clean, maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
