Physiotherapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ physical conditions and developing tailored treatment plans to meet their individual needs. This role involves working closely with patients recovering from trauma, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. The Physiotherapist will also play an important role in educating patients, their families, and the community on injury prevention and healthy living. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi, with a starting salary from Rs35,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions to identify issues and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
- Perform complex mobilization techniques to aid recovery and enhance physical capabilities.
- Assist trauma patients in relearning how to walk and regain independence.
- Provide education to patients, family members, and the wider community on injury prevention and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Refer patients to doctors and other healthcare professionals when further medical intervention is required.
- Plan and organize physiotherapy and fitness programs to support patient rehabilitation and wellness.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience working as a physiotherapist.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
- Effective teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare providers.
- Competence in administrative tasks related to patient care and treatment documentation.
- Good physical health and fitness to perform the physical demands of the role.
- Patience and tolerance to provide compassionate care to patients with varying needs.

Additional Information:
- This position requires reliable commuting to Rawalpindi or relocation prior to starting work.
- The role is full-time and requires the physiotherapist to work on-site.
