Piping Supervisor

As a Piping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing piping installation and related site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. You will coordinate with teams and subcontractors, monitor compliance with technical specifications, and support daily planning and execution of piping operations. Your role is critical in maintaining smooth communication among project stakeholders and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise piping installation, assembly, and associated site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors to maintain progress aligned with the project schedule.
- Monitor adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and established procedures.
- Ensure quality control by identifying and reporting any deviations or non-conformities.
- Support daily planning, coordination, and follow-up of piping operations to optimize workflow.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards consistently on site.
- Liaise effectively with project stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and smooth execution of tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in piping supervision or similar technical roles on-site.
- Strong knowledge of piping installation and supervision practices.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documents and drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, safety protocols, and site coordination procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in industrial or construction projects is considered an asset.
