Planning Engineer (Infrastructure - Real Estate) – Lahore

Grand City is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Engineer specializing in infrastructure and planning to join our team based in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure development projects. This position requires strong coordination skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with engineering standards. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure development projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and various internal departments to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Track project progress, quality, and timelines, and report any deviations promptly.
- Assist in planning and development activities, including feasibility studies and execution strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and approvals throughout all project phases.
- Support senior management in project coordination and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience with a reputable organization.
- Strong background in infrastructure projects with proven expertise in planning and development.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
