PLANNING MANAGER FOR TEXTILE

A well-established garment company based in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi is seeking a skilled Planning Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in garment or textile planning and possess the ability to oversee production schedules effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth operations within the production and merchandising processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet company targets.
- Coordinate with merchandising and time & action (T&A) teams to align production schedules.
- Monitor workflow and production progress to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Lead and manage the planning team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management to aid decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in garment or textile production planning.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, merchandising, and time & action processes.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams.

Work Location and Compensation:
This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the Korangi Industrial Area facility. The monthly salary range for this role is between Rs150,000 and Rs200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
