Platform Architect - D365+ Power Platform + Azure

10Pearls is seeking a seasoned Platform Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and UiPath to lead the design, integration, governance, and optimization of enterprise solutions. This role involves defining architecture strategies, creating scalable and secure solutions, and driving intelligent automation to support digital transformation initiatives for both internal teams and clients. The architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and operations teams to translate complex business requirements into effective technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automation, user experience, and overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and UiPath ecosystems.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives across multiple domains.
- Architect solutions across Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Sales, Finance & Operations, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Design end-to-end business processes, workflows, data models, security architectures, and customization strategies within Dynamics 365.
- Develop enterprise-scale applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Implement governance frameworks, reusable components, connector standards, APIs, and automation best practices for the Power Platform.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of UiPath-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities and define enterprise automation roadmaps.
- Design seamless integrations between UiPath, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure interoperability across ERP/CRM systems, data warehouses, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Establish platform governance, security standards, role-based access controls, and operational controls.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution audits to ensure secure-by-design and compliance-by-design principles.
- Serve as the technical leader for platform initiatives, providing architectural guidance and mentoring architects, developers, consultants, and automation engineers.
- Lead proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives and present recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Support presales activities, solution estimation, client workshops, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered automation and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, recommending enhancements to the platform landscape.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution architecture, or digital transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions.
- Proven expertise in enterprise-scale integrations and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, automation frameworks, business process optimization, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with D365 modules, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Proficiency with UiPath, RPA architecture, intelligent automation, workflow design, and API integrations.
- Solid knowledge of integration patterns, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, data modeling, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of security architecture, cloud architecture, data architecture, and integration architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and technical decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership.
- Ability to balance business requirements with scalability, security, governance, and long-term technology strategy.
