Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), Core Java, and Selenium.
- Build scalable automation solutions for web applications with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and performance.
- Create reusable automation components, libraries, and utilities adhering to framework design principles.
- Develop and execute automated UI, API, and end-to-end test cases.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test strategy preparation, and automation planning activities.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Over 6 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on expertise in Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Strong coding skills in Core Java.
- Extensive experience in Selenium WebDriver automation.
- Proven ability to design and develop automation frameworks from scratch, including Hybrid, Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, and BDD frameworks.
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and Java programming standards.
- Experience with test runners and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or other BDD frameworks.
- Good exposure to API testing tools like REST Assured, Postman, or Karate.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
