Plumber

COTHM New Garden Town Campus in Lahore is seeking a skilled plumber to join their maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply and drainage systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation throughout the campus. This role requires hands-on experience with plumbing tools and materials, as well as the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to leaks, blockages, and other plumbing concerns. The plumber will also be expected to maintain sanitary fittings and washroom facilities, perform routine inspections, and respond promptly to maintenance requests while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems across the campus.
- Identify and fix plumbing leaks, blockages, and other system malfunctions.
- Maintain washrooms, water taps, pipelines, and sanitary fittings to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify the condition and performance of plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all plumbing maintenance requests.
- Maintain cleanliness at the worksite and strictly follow safety protocols during all tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a plumber with relevant hands-on skills.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, pipes, fittings, and repair techniques.
- Ability to accurately diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
