Plumbing Supervisor

The Plumbing Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This position is responsible for overseeing daily plumbing operations across residential and commercial projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. The supervisor will lead plumbing teams, assign tasks, and ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. They will inspect completed work, troubleshoot issues, manage materials and tools, and collaborate with other Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. Additionally, the Plumbing Supervisor will engage with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns, ensure timely project completion, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing teams, ensuring efficient task allocation and monitoring performance.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies throughout all plumbing activities.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and troubleshoot any plumbing issues promptly.
- Manage plumbing materials, tools, and resources to optimize project workflow.
- Collaborate with other MEP disciplines to provide cohesive and integrated solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to plumbing operations and project progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in plumbing, preferably within high-end construction or home improvement sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Proficient in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Experience coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Minimum of a relevant technical diploma or certification in plumbing or MEP; advanced training is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
