Tech ECS Limited is seeking an experienced IT PMO / ERP Project Management professional with strong expertise in Oracle ERP to join their team. The role involves supporting project planning, governance, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management for Oracle ERP initiatives. The position is based in Lahore and Islamabad, Pakistan, and requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple project workstreams while ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, tracking, and governance for Oracle ERP projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate effectively with business, functional, technical, and external teams to facilitate collaboration.
- Track risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as necessary.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management and stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Assist in resource coordination and management across various project workstreams.
- Ensure strict adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of PMO best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of experience in IT Project Management or PMO roles.
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Applications.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion environments.
- Involvement in Oracle implementation, support, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, governance, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is considered a plus.
