Podcast & Short form video editor | Full Time

Cold Coffee Studios is seeking a skilled Podcast Video Editor to join our remote team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of professional podcast editing experience, with a strong emphasis on using Claude AI for video editing, animation, and graphic generation. This full-time role requires working Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Time. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 160,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form podcast episodes with precision and creativity.
- Manage multicamera podcast footage editing to ensure seamless visual storytelling.
- Produce engaging podcast intros and teasers that capture audience attention.
- Create compelling short-form videos derived from podcast content and other sources.
- Incorporate B-roll, captions, typography, motion graphics, animations, and sound design as needed.
- Perform professional audio cleanup, color correction, and basic color grading to enhance video quality.
- Organize and maintain large project files while ensuring consistent output quality.
- Implement revisions based on client feedback promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to project deadlines and deliverables consistently.

Required Qualifications
- At least four years of professional video editing experience, specifically with podcasts and short-form videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
- Mandatory experience with Claude AI for video editing, animation creation, and graphic generation.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, viewer retention, and sound design principles.
- Reliable high-speed internet capable of handling large file transfers.
- A computer system equipped to manage large multicamera projects efficiently.
- Adequate storage capacity for extensive project files.
- Dependable electricity backup to avoid workflow interruptions.
- Excellent communication skills and effective time management.
- Availability to work consistently during the specified hours of 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday through Friday.
