Polyglot Engineer

CCRIPT is seeking a skilled Polyglot Engineer with a strong focus on AI-driven development to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building and debugging full-stack products from start to finish while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and quality. This role requires ownership of features throughout the entire lifecycle, from architecture to production, and a problem-solving mindset that goes beyond simply closing tickets. The position is full-time and based on-site in Islamabad, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM PKT.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug full-stack applications end to end, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and intelligent agents to maximize output and maintain high-quality code.
- Take full ownership of feature development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Approach challenges with an engineering mindset focused on sustainable problem-solving rather than quick fixes.

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in full-stack development using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Node.js) and Python.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and product development.
- Versatile multi-stack engineering skills with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A mindset centered on ownership and accountability for delivering end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
