POS Implementation and Onboarding Officer

ePOSmatic Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated POS Implementation & Onboarding Officer to join their team in Karachi. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the seamless deployment of POS solutions for new customers. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to facilitate system setup, provide training, and resolve any technical issues that arise during the onboarding process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and implement POS solutions for new customers.
- Assist clients during system setup and activation phases.
- Conduct product orientation and training sessions to familiarize customers with the system.
- Coordinate implementation schedules and timelines with customers to ensure smooth deployment.
- Test installations thoroughly to verify proper functionality.
- Document completed implementations along with customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting to address common technical challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
