Position: Print on Demand Ecommerce Assistant (Etsy)

Global Ecommerce Consultants (GEC) in Multan is seeking a Print on Demand Ecommerce Assistant to support the daily operations of their Etsy stores. This role requires a candidate who blends creative design skills with hands-on experience managing Etsy shops. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling tasks from product creation to order fulfillment, ensuring smooth store operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage Etsy listings, optimizing titles, tags, and descriptions for better visibility.
- Create product designs, mockups, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Oversee incoming orders and coordinate fulfillment with print-on-demand (POD) partners.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Etsy Ads campaigns to drive sales.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions to boost store performance.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and improve content quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven practical experience in managing Etsy stores.
- Proficiency in Canva with a strong sense of design and awareness of current trends.
- Understanding of POD products and familiarity with suppliers such as Printify and Printful.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI for content creation and efficiency.
- Clear and effective written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Etsy research and analytics tools such as eRank, EverBee, or Marmalead.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for advanced design tasks.
- Prior exposure to other ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000, determined after the interview and trial period.
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with on-site presence required at the office located in Model Town, MDA Road, near Karachi BBQ, Multan.
- A probation period of three months applies, after which permanent employment will be confirmed based on performance.
