HG Marketing, a leading podcast agency based in Lahore, specializes in helping marketers and entrepreneurs generate B2B leads through strategic podcasting. We focus on building efficient systems, producing high-quality content, and driving lead generation to support business growth. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Post Production Manager to join our team full-time at our Gulberg III office. This on-site role operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a competitive salary range of PKR 70,000 to 85,000 based on experience.
The Post Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of podcasts for multiple clients. This position emphasizes quality control, scheduling, publishing, client communication, and managing workflows across audio, video, and written podcast assets. It is important to note that this role is focused on systems, operations, and quality assurance rather than creative editing. The successful candidate will ensure that every deliverable is accurate, polished, compliant, and published correctly across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on podcast videos, audio files, show notes, articles, clips, and thumbnails using structured checklists.
- Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and brand mismatches in all podcast assets.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet both internal standards and client-specific guidelines prior to approval.
- Schedule and publish podcast episodes on platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other relevant podcast hosting services.
- Upload, optimize, and manage episode metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails.
- Maintain and manage content calendars for podcasts, clips, and associated assets to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, communicating updates, timelines, feedback, and approvals clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate effectively between internal teams—including editors, writers, and designers—and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage multiple client workflows simultaneously, ensuring no delays or quality compromises.
- Track asset progress from raw files through editing, quality assurance, publishing, and final client delivery.
- Identify potential bottlenecks early and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Follow, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checklists, and workflow systems.
- Keep organized records of published episodes, revisions, and approvals for reference and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in podcast management, content operations, or media quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to detect errors that others may overlook.
- Practical knowledge of YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other podcast hosting platforms.
- Experience managing multiple clients and fast-paced workflows effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working within structured processes, checklists, and strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, metadata optimization, and content analytics will be an advantage.
