Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales or service team to achieve set performance targets aligned with business goals.
- Oversee daily team operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team members’ skills and enhance overall productivity.
- Plan and execute business development initiatives to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating teams.
- Proficiency in sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring, preferably within financial services or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster client relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports using basic office software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Karachi East District, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
