Power Automate Developer

Vurke is building a global technology-delivery network that supports Microsoft partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, and enterprise clients by providing scalable implementation capacity tailored to project demands. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, Vurke’s specialists embed directly within delivery teams on international client engagements. The company focuses on developing a pre-vetted talent network with expertise in Microsoft AI, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, data, and integration technologies, serving projects across North America, the UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, APIs, and Microsoft 365/Dynamics integrations. Build Power Automate cloud flows to automate business processes such as approvals, notifications, orchestration, scheduled tasks, and event-driven workflows. Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, SQL databases, and external APIs. Create custom connectors and reusable automation components to improve efficiency. Develop Power Automate Desktop and RPA solutions for legacy or UI-based processes when necessary. Implement retries, exception handling, logging, alerting, and operational support to ensure solution reliability. Optimize flow performance by managing API calls, concurrency, and licensing usage effectively. Package solutions for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment across multiple environments. Collaborate with Copilot Studio developers to expose automated actions to agents. Document workflows comprehensively and support testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting activities.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Power Automate development is essential. Strong expertise in creating cloud flows and working with both standard and premium connectors is required. Experience integrating Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and various APIs is necessary. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Power Platform solutions, environments, and ALM processes. The ability to design maintainable error handling and monitoring frameworks is important. Proficiency with JSON, expressions, OData, and REST APIs is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong client-facing communication abilities in English are critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Power Automate Desktop and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Copilot Studio integration adds value. Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management is a plus. Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AB-400 or AB-410 are advantageous, while legacy certifications like PL-500 or PL-400 remain valuable when supported by current hands-on expertise.

Vurke evaluates candidates based on their personal project delivery experience, technical depth in core Microsoft technologies, clarity in explaining architecture and production issues, client-facing communication skills, ability to work independently within distributed teams, realistic rate expectations, current availability, and capacity to overlap with North American, UK, or European client hours.

This is a fully remote, contract/project-based role with project durations varying according to client needs. Candidates may be located anywhere globally but must be able to align with required client time zones. The selection process may include client interviews and technical assessments.
