We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in power house operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing steam turbine and boiler operations, along with expertise in electrical and power system management. This role requires a proactive individual capable of overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of power distribution systems. The position is based on-site and demands a high level of technical knowledge and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the operation and maintenance of steam turbines and boilers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct motor maintenance, perform diagnostic troubleshooting, and execute fault-finding procedures to minimize downtime.
- Oversee system synchronization and manage protection relays to safeguard electrical equipment.
- Handle transformer operations for both High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) power distribution systems.
- Configure and control Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to optimize motor performance and energy efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in power house operations, demonstrating a strong technical and operational background.
