Power Platform Senior Technical Consultant

TEKenable is seeking an experienced Power Platform Senior Consultant for a permanent remote position based in Pakistan. The successful candidate will join our managed services team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality service through our dedicated support function. This role involves leveraging expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 configuration and development to support modern cloud-based solutions. Additionally, there is an opportunity to expand skills across other Microsoft technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, JavaScript, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects through configuration and customization.
- Manage and deliver ongoing platform application support focused on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Take ownership of problem resolution and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze system functions and review both functional and technical specifications.
- Replicate incoming incidents in UAT, QA, or Sandbox environments to verify fixes.
- Promote best practices and maintain high-quality standards in customer software support.
- Ensure exceptional customer engagement and service delivery.
- Complete relevant training and pursue Microsoft Certifications in the Power Platform.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software support environments, preferably within managed services or SLA-based support.
- Proficiency in a .NET programming language, ideally C#.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Data, UI, Logic, Dataverse, and visualizations within the Power Platform.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver excellent customer engagement.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud concepts and ITIL framework.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilient, customer-centric mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn new platforms and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Azure DevOps and SharePoint 365.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
- Formal management or leadership training is an advantage.
- Relevant third-level qualifications in Business or IT are beneficial but not mandatory.
