PPC Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Strategist to join our team and spearhead the growth of our brand through innovative digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strategic insight, and leadership skills to manage and enhance overall digital performance. This role demands expertise in content strategy, branding, social media, and advanced search engine optimization, including compliance with emerging Generative AI search technologies. You will be responsible for driving measurable results by launching bold growth strategies and effectively managing website content. This position is based in Johar near Millennium Mall, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving growth. Manage and optimize website content to align with marketing objectives and enhance user engagement. Lead and motivate a creative team to deliver innovative branding and social media campaigns. Apply advanced SEO techniques, including adapting to Generative AI search algorithms, to improve search rankings and website traffic. Monitor digital performance metrics closely and make data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment. Launch bold and innovative growth initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes. Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking to confidently guide projects and teams toward success.

Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in digital marketing with a solid track record of managing digital performance effectively. Skilled in content strategy, branding, and social media management. Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization, including familiarity with compliance requirements related to Generative AI search technologies. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with confidence in managing and inspiring creative teams. Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven execution to achieve impactful results. Exceptional strategic planning and communication skills essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment is highly desirable. Candidates must be able to travel to the office location in Johar, Karachi, for in-person work. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs500,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
