PPC & Meta Ads Expert

AMG Technologies is seeking a motivated and skilled PPC & Meta Ads Expert to join our team based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop profitable full-funnel advertising strategies, optimize both search and social media campaigns, and possess a deep understanding of tracking and analytics to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), and YouTube.
- Execute high-converting, full-funnel advertising campaigns across Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Set up and maintain robust conversion tracking systems, conduct continuous A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to drive maximum ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make informed, data-driven adjustments to scale client accounts profitably.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with advertising platforms including Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with e-commerce and analytics tools such as Performance Max, Google Shopping, Merchant Center, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Strong knowledge of tracking and technical tools including Meta Pixel & CAPI, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Trackdrive, Unbounce, and Hotjar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-funnel digital marketing campaigns and optimize them based on performance metrics.
