Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and relevance. Develop, write, and test ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action aimed at increasing click-through and conversion rates. Monitor daily campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting parameters. Execute structured A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing page elements to optimize outcomes. Analyze campaign data and prepare clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify underperforming segments and implement data-driven optimizations proactively. Collaborate closely with content and design teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign strategies. Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices in paid media.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with essential expertise in Google Ads. Demonstrated ability to manage live campaigns involving real budgets and measurable KPIs. Strong understanding of keyword match types, Quality Score, bidding strategies, and ad rank factors. Proficiency in interpreting and acting on data from Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and advertising dashboards. Solid written English skills for creating ad copy, reporting, and internal communication. Availability to work the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, fully on-site. Residency in Karachi with reliable commuting options to Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
