Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, is seeking an experienced and proactive PR Manager for Pakistan. The PR Manager will focus on enhancing Binance’s reputation, visibility, and positioning in Pakistan through strategic media relations, corporate communications, thought leadership, and crisis management. This role requires a strong understanding of Pakistan’s media landscape and the ability to independently manage communications projects. Additionally, the PR Manager will collaborate with the wider MENA Communications team, supporting regional campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the PR and communications strategy for Pakistan, aligned with regional and global business goals.
- Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to enhance Binance’s presence in the Pakistan market.
- Plan and execute communications for product launches, campaigns, partnerships, corporate announcements, and other key initiatives.
- Manage communications projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, approvals, distribution, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, and media stakeholders across Pakistan.
- Maintain a robust network within business, finance, technology, fintech, crypto, and mainstream media sectors.
- Draft and review press releases, media statements, talking points, Q&As, briefing documents, executive messaging, opinion pieces, and other communications materials.
- Collaborate closely with Pakistan leadership, Marketing, Business, and other teams to ensure aligned communications priorities.
- Oversee communications agencies and external partners, managing briefing, deliverables, performance, and reporting.
- Support regional PR and communications initiatives, including drafting press materials, event support, executive profiling, media outreach, and stakeholder management.
- Work collaboratively with Communications colleagues across MENA and other regions on campaigns, announcements, and media opportunities.
- Develop relationships with relevant regional media alongside the wider Communications team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or a related field.
- Established professional network and strong relationships with journalists and media organizations in Pakistan.
- Proven ability to independently develop and execute PR strategies and communications campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Pakistan’s media landscape, including business, financial, technology, and mainstream media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience preparing press releases, statements, talking points, executive briefs, and other materials.
- Experience managing senior executive media engagements and preparing executives for interviews.
- Skilled in handling crisis communications effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse functions, cultures, and seniority levels.
- Highly proactive, organized, and capable of taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Sound judgment and ability to navigate complex or sensitive communications situations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous communications experience within technology, fintech, financial services, digital assets, payments, or other fast-moving regulated industries.
- Experience working in multinational or international organizations.
- Prior responsibility for communications across markets outside Pakistan, especially within MENA or the broader Middle East.
- Experience contributing to multi-market communications programs.
- Established relationships with regional or pan-MENA business, technology, financial, or mainstream media.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
