We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity and ICT solutions professional to engage with customers and deliver tailored technology architectures that meet their business, technical, security, and compliance needs. This role involves collaborating closely with clients through discovery sessions and workshops to design comprehensive end-to-end solutions. The successful candidate will analyze procurement documents, identify technical gaps, and coordinate with OEMs to ensure compliance and clarity. Additionally, they will manage the entire proof-of-concept (PoC) and sales support lifecycle, delivering technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight solution capabilities and business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business, technical, security, and compliance requirements through discovery sessions and workshops.
- Design end-to-end cybersecurity and ICT solutions aligned with customer needs, including the creation of high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), network/security architectures, and deployment diagrams.
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), tenders, and technical questionnaires; prepare compliance matrices and detailed solution responses.
- Identify mandatory requirements, deviations, and technical gaps; develop Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and solution-sizing documentation.
- Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve technical clarifications and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations covering architecture, solution capabilities, use cases, and business benefits.
- Manage the complete Proof of Concept (PoC) and sales-support lifecycle, including defining scope, objectives, success criteria, test cases, coordination, troubleshooting, result analysis, recommendations, competitor analysis, differentiation, and positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity and networking.
- Strong expertise in network and security architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, Zero Trust models, Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Network Detection and Response (NDR).
- Experience handling RFPs, PoCs, technical presentations, and demonstrations.
- Proven consulting skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
