We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our proposal and business development activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs), assisting with bid analysis, and preparing submission documents. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, as well as conducting research to identify new partnership and market opportunities. The role is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review, tracking, and preparation of responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Assist in analyzing bids and gathering all necessary information required for submission processes.
- Prepare and maintain proposal documents, including templates and content repositories, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct research to identify potential partnerships, market opportunities, and avenues for business outreach.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to collect inputs and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to understand business requirements and perform business analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, and Sheets.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.
Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
