Presentation Designer

Key Responsibilities
The Presentation Designer will play a crucial role in supporting Zones’ corporate objectives, sales efforts, and service initiatives by creating engaging, dynamic presentations. This includes developing interactive multimedia PowerPoint presentations featuring design elements such as charts, graphs, timelines, and diagrams. The role requires frequent collaboration with department leads to streamline workflows and ensure alignment across teams. The Presentation Designer will also have the opportunity to recommend design trends and improvements to management. Responsibilities include assisting with image sourcing, content development, and editing from multiple sources while maintaining organized production and creative files. Ensuring all content complies with corporate brand guidelines and undergoes review by the copy team before distribution is essential. Experience with web design tools to develop interactive content pages is also required.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working within a creative agency, studio, or in-house creative team is necessary. Proficiency in PowerPoint design and advanced skills in design and production software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), are essential. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is required. Applicants must be able to present design ideas and concepts effectively and demonstrate a portfolio showcasing previous presentation work and creativity. Strong organizational and technical skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, are important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload efficiently while establishing effective processes.
