This role involves managing and coordinating vessel slot operations to ensure efficient movement of transshipment and export containers. The successful candidate will work closely with slot operators, shipping agents, and internal trade teams to optimize vessel slot utilization, maintain accurate operational records, and support billing and documentation processes. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple stakeholders and resolve operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with slot operators, shipping agents, and internal trade teams.
- Coordinate the planning and movement of transshipment and export containers to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with trade teams to maximize utilization of allocated vessel slots and minimize space shortfall.
- Liaise with agents and slot operators regarding planned shipments, vessel planning, cargo details, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain and update vessel planning, transshipment, and Dead Freight (DF) tracking sheets for various vessels and ports, along with daily operational summaries.
- Work closely with slot operators and the Accounts Department to verify invoices, reconcile Statements of Account, and confirm charges against agreed rates.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports, invoices, and other relevant documentation to management and departments regularly.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping related to vessel planning, slot utilization, cargo movement, transshipment, and billing.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational, documentation, and billing issues in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, vessel operations, or slot management.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Monthly Salary Range: Rs60,000 to Rs70,000
- Work Location: On-site
