Job Responsibilities · Obtain and negotiate ocean and air freight rates with overseas agents, shipping lines and network partners.· Manage rate requests through WCA, JCtrans, OLA, GLA and other established networks.
· Prepare accurate, competitive quotations for sales and customers.
· Coordinate bookings, shipping documents, routing and operational follow-ups with overseas agents.
· Monitor freight rates, local charges, transit times and market trends.
· Ensure timely coordination across pricing, sales, operations and overseas partners.
· Maintain current rate sheets, agent contacts and procurement records.
Other details · Mandatory experience in freight forwarding pricing, procurement and operations· Hands-on WCA, JCtrans, OLA or GLA network experience
· Knowledge of ocean/air freight, Incoterms, local charges and shipping documents
· Strong negotiation and coordination
· MS Excel and pricing tools.
· Preferred: Overseas agent relationships and import/export experience.
Education: Graduate Experience: 2–4 years in pricing & operations executive in a freight forwarding Work Location: In personSkills
