PRIMARY COORDINATOR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Coordinator to join our team in PECHS Block 2, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing classroom coordination effectively while maintaining strong communication with teachers, students, and parents. This full-time position requires a professional who can independently handle responsibilities and contribute positively to the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily classroom activities and ensure smooth communication between teachers, students, and parents.
- Manage classroom schedules and assist in organizing school events or meetings as needed.
- Maintain discipline and support teachers in managing student behavior.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to enhance the learning experience.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to classroom coordination, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Utilize basic computer skills and MS Office applications to prepare reports and presentations.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding and supporting teaching staff and students in achieving academic goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Primary Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Proven ability to manage classroom coordination and maintain discipline.
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office applications.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

- Experience working in a school environment within Karachi is advantageous.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs60,000 per month.
