This position is based in Village Barki, near Barki Road, Lahore. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Brahmanabad, Gaga, Nurpur, Barki, Barka Kalan, Paragon City, Green City, Bao Wala, Aziz Bhatti Town, Al Faisal Town, Dogaich, Joray Pull, and Guldasht Town. The role focuses on promoting evidence-based learning and teaching standards, monitoring school progress through key performance indicators, and ensuring the improvement of both the school and every student. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality teachers while fostering a culture of continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and motivation among teachers, students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of teaching by monitoring school progress and focusing on the improvement of every student, ensuring no child is left behind.
- Recruit quality teachers through a structured Teacher Selection process and support their professional development.
- Develop and implement a school improvement plan based on thorough needs analysis.
- Monitor classroom quality via lesson planners and both formal and informal observations.
- Enhance teacher performance through demonstration sessions and ongoing feedback.
- Oversee student performance by reviewing student work and test papers according to policy.
- Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, library, laboratories, and academic resources.
- Conduct and participate in training sessions, including on-the-job training for faculty members.
- Administer term tests and examinations transparently and punctually.
- Build team spirit among teachers and focus on teacher retention.
- Develop strong community relationships to raise awareness about education for both boys and girls and encourage enrollment in TCF schools.
- Maintain required student strength through effective enrollment strategies.
- Manage teacher outreach and maintain an up-to-date CV bank.
- Coordinate with Area and Regional HR teams for staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR matters.
- Maintain school discipline and promote positive character building among students and staff.
- Manage staff attendance and leave to minimize empty classroom days.
- Supervise administrative assistants in accounts and other operational matters.
- Ensure accurate management and documentation of school accounts.
- Oversee maintenance of the school building and premises.
- Manage timely supply and maintenance of utility services.
- Coordinate with supervisors on board-related matters.
- Implement school activities in accordance with TCF policies.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and required documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates aged between 25 and 45 years are invited to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree (BSc, BA, BCom, BPA).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, or 1+ years as a Senior Teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, or 1+ years in non-school management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through academic, co-curricular, volunteer, or professional activities.
- Strong communication skills, ability to motivate self and others, and a passion for serving as a positive change agent.
- Must reside in Barki or nearby areas mentioned above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional teaching degree such as B.Ed or M.Ed is desirable.
