The Educators Elite Campus – Township Branch is seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join their team for two key teaching positions. The available roles include a Grade 1 Teacher responsible for delivering English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, and a Grades 3–4 Teacher who will teach Social Studies and Computer Studies. Each teacher will be responsible for all subjects listed for their respective grade levels. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive lessons in the assigned subjects for the designated grade(s).
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the learning needs of primary school students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a supportive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support academic development.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school setting, preferably at the primary education level.
- Strong subject knowledge in the areas assigned to the role (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies for Grade 1; Social Studies and Computer Studies for Grades 3–4).
- Demonstrated ability in classroom management and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, student assessment, and the use of educational technology tools.
- Capability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for young students.
