Principal AI Capability Dashboard Designer - Night Shift

ibex. is recruiting on behalf of a client for the role of Principal AI Capability Dashboard Designer. This is a night-shift position based in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and experience strategy to unify various AI capability platforms, enterprise dashboards, and capability catalogs into a single, intuitive, and scalable user experience. The role focuses on enabling enterprise users to discover, understand, compare, and reuse AI capabilities effectively while ensuring governance, visibility, and operational discipline are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end experience design process for consolidating AI capability dashboards.
- Translate business, governance, and user requirements into detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design recommendations.
- Assess existing dashboards to identify gaps, overlaps, pain points, and opportunities for consolidation.
- Define information architecture, navigation structures, content models, and interaction flows to enhance usability.
- Facilitate design reviews and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Governance, Data, and Business stakeholders.
- Validate design concepts through user feedback and continuously improve the user experience based on insights.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or Experience Design.
- Proven experience designing digital products, enterprise platforms, dashboards, catalogs, or internal tools.
- Strong skills in Information Architecture, User Journeys, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Strategy.
- Ability to work independently within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI, Data, Analytics, Governance, Marketplace, or Capability Discovery Platforms.
- Familiarity with Enterprise AI ecosystems and platform consolidation initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate design concepts into actionable implementation requirements.
