As we embrace an "AI First" approach, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of AI Solutions to lead our AI strategy. This senior leadership role involves designing scalable AI-native systems, removing operational inefficiencies, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to convert complex challenges into effective AI-driven outcomes that enhance both operational performance and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and address internal operational challenges by deploying AI solutions such as large language model (LLM) workflows, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics.
- Serve as the primary driver for improving company-wide efficiency by automating manual processes across all corporate functions, directly supporting the CEO’s goals.
- Design and implement AI tools to streamline project costing, sales pipeline management, margin optimization, invoicing, billing workflows, and timesheet tracking.
- Partner with enterprise clients to identify organizational pain points and tailor AI-driven solutions that meet their specific business requirements.
- Lead technical and strategic AI discussions with C-suite executives during sales engagements, translating complex AI capabilities into commercially viable solutions.
- Develop reusable AI frameworks, proof of concepts (POCs), and deployment roadmaps to accelerate client adoption and implementation.
- Increase client win rates by showcasing Aqovia’s advanced AI expertise and innovative capabilities.
- Balance a strategic vision for enterprise AI with detailed technical execution, including prompt engineering, agentic flow design, and feasibility assessments.
- Drive internal cost reduction and revenue growth through targeted AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic systems, and automation platforms such as LangChain, AutoGen, Zapier/Make enterprise, and custom API integrations.
- Strong background in management or digital consulting with a track record of successful consultative sales and advising C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems across multiple enterprise domains such as HR, Legal, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Resource Planning, and Project Management.
- Results-oriented mindset focused on maximizing revenue growth and improving profit margins.
- Ambitious leadership qualities with a clear path toward senior executive roles and operational excellence.
