As we transition to an "AI First" approach, we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of AI Solutions to lead our AI strategy, optimize operational efficiency, and drive commercial growth both internally and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal operational challenges and implement AI-driven solutions, including large language model workflows, autonomous agents, and predictive models.
- Act as the CEO’s primary driver for improving bottom-line efficiency by automating manual processes across all corporate functions.
- Develop AI tools to automate project costing, sales pipeline tracking, margin optimization, invoicing, billing workflows, and timesheet management.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to identify organizational inefficiencies and demonstrate tailored AI solutions that address their specific business needs.
- Participate in C-suite sales discussions as the lead AI technical and strategic advisor, translating complex AI capabilities into profitable commercial engagements.
- Design reusable AI frameworks, proofs of concept, and deployment roadmaps for rapid client implementation.
- Contribute directly to client win rates by showcasing Aqovia’s cutting-edge AI expertise.
- Maintain a balance between a broad enterprise AI vision and detailed technical execution, including prompt engineering, agentic flow development, and feasibility validation.
- Drive internal cost control and accelerate revenue growth through strategic AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with AI technologies such as large language models, agentic systems, and automation frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Zapier/Make, custom API integrations).
- Proven background in management or digital consulting with a strong track record in consultative sales and advising C-suite executives.
- Ability to address complex problems across multiple enterprise domains including HR, Legal, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Resource Planning, and Project Management.
- Results-driven mindset focused on increasing top-line revenue and expanding profit margins.
- Ambitious leadership qualities with a clear career trajectory toward executive-level roles.
