Key Responsibilities

Consulting Execution: Serve as an ambassador for Wipro’s values while managing consulting projects and teams. Lead work streams, ensure quality assurance, and maintain client focus to solve business challenges effectively. Manage budgets, deliverables, and project administration, including Statements of Work and tagging. Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, demonstrating both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Coach and mentor team members and client staff, fostering trust and confidence through quality delivery. Engage clients effectively by facilitating communication and information gathering.

Business Development: Achieve high individual utilization rates and actively contribute to sales growth by identifying and converting leads into opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple organizational levels, leading marketing and prospecting efforts to populate the sales funnel. Participate in sales meetings and lead proposal development, including responses to RFPs and RFIs. Leverage Wipro’s global consulting capabilities to support business pursuits and expand the company’s footprint within client accounts.

Thought Leadership: Develop insights and points of view on industry and technology trends, sharing knowledge within the practice and broader organization. Lead thought leadership initiatives on assignments and contribute case studies for sales enablement. Drive innovation by creating reusable intellectual property and positioning yourself as a thought leader.

Contribution to Practice and Wipro: Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as timesheets and appraisals. Promote the reuse of knowledge assets and intellectual property from Wipro’s central repositories. Propose new service offerings and contribute to go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Mentor junior consultants and actively work to reduce talent attrition. Collaborate across consulting and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions with significant impact.

Strategic Objectives: Support consulting revenue growth by leading strategic advisory and transformation engagements with a focus on quality, client management, and delivery assurance. Generate business impact by enabling downstream opportunities and strengthening Wipro’s market positioning through thought leadership and client engagement. Provide leadership within accounts to grow consulting services, deepen client relationships, and support integrated consulting deals. Foster talent development by encouraging continuous learning, cross-skilling, and recognition of high performers. Contribute to building a collaborative consulting community through knowledge sharing and cross-practice initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience.
- Proven ability to manage consulting engagements and lead teams.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering strategic advisory and transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring abilities.
- Familiarity with consulting administration processes and quality assurance.
- Experience in thought leadership and intellectual property development.
