Key Responsibilities

- Lead academic programs and uphold high educational standards across all departments.
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of approximately 100 teaching and administrative staff members.
- Manage student admissions processes in alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets to support school operations, programs, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations and standards while upholding the institution’s mission and values.
- Foster effective communication and engagement with parents, community partners, and stakeholders to promote school activities and build strong relationships.
- Drive enrollment strategies and student retention efforts to enhance the institution’s reach and impact.
- Promote the integration of technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enrich learning experiences.
- Strengthen the Technical Training Institute by supporting curriculum development, infrastructure improvement, and industry partnerships.
