We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Principal to lead our educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the school, maintaining high academic standards, and promoting the welfare and development of both students and staff. This role requires substantial experience in educational leadership, particularly within the Cambridge system, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and innovative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the academic and operational functions of the school, ensuring effective implementation of the Cambridge International Curriculum across all grade levels.
- Inspire, motivate, and support teaching and administrative staff in their professional development, encouraging a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Oversee student welfare by creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all learners.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and overall school performance, utilizing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes for staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and dedication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community to foster a supportive and engaged school atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with national and international educational policies and regulations, upholding school standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a leadership or head role within an educational setting, preferably in an international or Cambridge curriculum school.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum and its pedagogical methodologies.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of modern educational practices, including curriculum design, assessment strategies, and technology integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders.

Work Location
This position requires the Principal to work on-site, engaging directly with the school community.
