Key Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the school, ensuring alignment with its mission and goals. Oversee daily academic and administrative operations to guarantee smooth functioning across all departments. Supervise staff performance, student discipline, and the implementation of the curriculum to maintain high standards. Promote a positive learning environment that emphasizes academic excellence and holistic student growth. Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and staff to encourage community engagement and collaboration. Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards at all times. Efficiently manage school resources, facilities, and administrative matters to support operational effectiveness. Monitor academic performance regularly and implement strategies aimed at continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Education or a related field is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience serving as a Principal or School Head. Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. The ability to make sound decisions, solve problems effectively, and manage time efficiently is required. Experience in staff development, curriculum planning, and student assessment is necessary. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology is expected. Importantly, candidates must reside in Jinnah Garden or its surrounding areas; those living farther away will not be considered eligible.
