The Principal Owner will be responsible for steering the strategic vision and overall management of the academy. This full-time, on-site position located in Karāchi involves executive decision-making, overseeing financial and operational priorities, and ensuring compliance with aviation training regulations and quality standards. The role demands collaboration with academic and flight training leaders to uphold rigorous curriculum standards and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic direction and governance of the academy, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, revenue planning, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Oversee daily operations, staff management, and resource distribution to maintain efficient academy functioning.
- Collaborate with academic and flight training teams to maintain and enhance curriculum quality and training effectiveness.
- Build and nurture partnerships with airlines, regulatory bodies, and other aviation stakeholders to support business development and student placement opportunities.
- Foster a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement across all academy activities.
- Guide long-term growth planning and innovation initiatives to strengthen the academy’s market position.
- Represent the academy in negotiations, stakeholder engagements, and industry forums to promote its mission and values.

Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in aviation, education management, or a related field, with demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational oversight.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency within complex environments.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation training standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes; experience with flight schools or airlines is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, capable of representing the academy effectively to partners and regulators.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, drive operational improvements, and cultivate an inclusive, safety-oriented learning environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Education Administration, or a related discipline.
