Principal Software Engineer Mern

Matech Consulting & Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 9 to 10+ years of experience to join their dynamic technology team based in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end integration.
- Optimize system architecture and database design to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Take technical ownership of projects and work independently to deliver high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications
- 9 to 10+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Excellent command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in building scalable web applications and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, database design, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
