Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design, configure, customize, and implement various Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business needs, workflows, and functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry standards, and innovative approaches related to Dynamics 365 across multiple modules.
- Develop and deliver Dynamics 365, NAV, and Business Central software components across both functional and technical areas.
- Manage data migration, integration, and quality assurance activities to ensure smooth and accurate data transitions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to promptly identify and resolve issues within Dynamics modules.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft Dynamics developments, features, and updates to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycle best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, continuous integration, and delivery.
- Utilize advanced skills in relational databases such as Microsoft SQL and MySQL.
- Integrate Dynamics solutions with web technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and web sockets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with deep knowledge of modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources.
- Strong proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 through configurations, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
- Extensive experience with data migration, integration tools, and third-party application integration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong technical troubleshooting skill set.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, or Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking around business processes and technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
