Print on Demand Ecommerce Assistant (Etsy)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Print on Demand Ecommerce Assistant to join Global Ecommerce Consultants (GEC) in Multan and support the daily operations of our Etsy stores. The ideal candidate will combine design skills with practical experience in managing Etsy storefronts. This role involves a variety of tasks including product creation, listing management, order fulfillment, and customer service. A proactive approach and the ability to optimize store performance while maintaining high-quality customer interactions are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage Etsy listings, ensuring titles, tags, and descriptions are well-optimized for search engines and sales conversion.
- Design product graphics, mockups, and promotional materials using Canva.
- Handle incoming orders and coordinate fulfillment with print-on-demand partners such as Printify and Printful.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues efficiently.
- Manage and optimize Etsy Ads campaigns to increase store visibility and drive sales.
- Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions to enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI to improve productivity and content quality.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Etsy stores, including listing optimization and order processing.
- Proficiency in Canva with a strong design sense and awareness of current trends.
- Knowledge of print-on-demand products and familiarity with supplier platforms such as Printify and Printful.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Etsy analytics and research tools like eRank, EverBee, or Marmalead.
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for more advanced design tasks.
- Familiarity with other ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Amazon is a plus.
- The position requires working onsite from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, at our office located in Model Town, MDA Road, near Karachi BBQ, Multan.
- This is an on-site role with a probation period of three months. Permanent employment will be offered based on performance during this period.
- Salary will be discussed after the interview and trial phase, with an expected range of Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month.
