Printer Service Technician - (MFP)

We are seeking a skilled technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Multifunction Printers (MFPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of printing devices by performing preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and addressing any printing-related issues promptly. This role requires hands-on experience with MFPs and the ability to maintain accurate service documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair Multifunction Printers (MFPs) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of devices.
- Diagnose and resolve various printing-related problems efficiently.
- Replace and maintain necessary parts, consumables, and accessories to keep equipment operational.
- Maintain detailed service reports and records of all technical activities for accountability and future reference.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience working with Multifunction Printers or similar equipment.
- Educational background ranging from Matriculation, Intermediate, Diploma, to Graduation level.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 45,000 to Rs 60,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
