Printing & Packaging Designer

FBA Bros is seeking a talented and experienced Printing & Packaging Designer to join our dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute creatively to a variety of product packaging and print materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver production-ready artwork that aligns with brand standards and printing specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design professional printing and packaging materials for diverse products, including product boxes, cartons, labels, pouches, bags, sleeves, stickers, and other packaging formats.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and banners.
- Prepare print-ready artwork adhering to precise dimensions and technical specifications.
- Work extensively with dielines, cutting lines, bleeds, margins, CMYK color profiles, and other print color requirements to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Create packaging layouts that balance visual appeal with production feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with printing and production teams to guarantee the final output meets quality standards.
- Implement design revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all packaging and printed materials to uphold brand integrity.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in Printing & Packaging Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Practical understanding of packaging design principles and printing processes.
- Strong knowledge of dielines, dimensions, bleed, CMYK color mode, DPI, and other print specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous printing and packaging design work.
