As a Prior Authorization Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the prior authorization process for medical services. You will be responsible for reviewing medical records, submitting authorization requests, and diligently following up on pending approvals to ensure timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks related to benefit verification and authorization with accuracy, adhering to established guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Communicate any challenges or exceptions encountered during task execution to the Team Lead promptly, facilitating transparent issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve work management, foster learning opportunities, and elevate overall performance.

- Stay updated on healthcare policies, insurance procedures, and regulatory compliance relevant to benefit verification and authorization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
