Process Engineer, Chocolate

Mondelēz International is seeking a motivated individual to join our team at the Plant Hub in Baluchistan. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting continuous improvement (CI) processes and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, and tracking departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive progress and sustain improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide training on continuous improvement tools and techniques, assisting departments in adhering to the established daily management system (DMS).
- Support teams in collecting and extracting data from various systems to facilitate CI activities and the DMS.
- Lead root-cause analysis sessions to identify and address losses and gaps in departmental KPI scorecards.
- Develop and implement new work standards to maintain and enhance improvements.
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI methodologies and the new work standards resulting from improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical.
- 1-2 years of experience in continuous improvement and high-performance work systems.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to effectively support team discussions and CI activities.
- Practical application of lean manufacturing and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools within a factory or operational environment.
- Proficiency in manipulating and validating data using both manual and automated systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other data analytics tools.
- Highly organized and disciplined approach to support and educate teams on the DMS process.
- Logical and structured thinking to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- This position is based at the Plant Hub in Baluchistan; please note that relocation support is not available.
