Process Engineer, Chocolate

Mondelēz International is seeking a motivated professional to support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives within our operations. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining systems that drive efficiency and quality by collecting and validating data, promoting CI progress, and monitoring departmental key performance indicators (KPIs). Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on continuous improvement tools and techniques, ensuring teams adhere to the established daily management system (DMS).
- Assist teams in collecting or extracting data from various systems to support CI activities and maintain the DMS.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis sessions to identify and resolve losses and gaps in departmental KPI scorecards.
- Develop and implement new work standards to sustain improvements achieved through CI initiatives.
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI methodologies and updated work standards resulting from continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical.
- 1-2 years of experience in continuous improvement and high-performance work systems.
- Proven ability to apply lean and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools within a factory or operational environment.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to effectively support team discussions and drive CI activities.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and validation using both manual and automated systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tools.
- Highly organized and disciplined approach to supporting and educating teams on the DMS process.
- Logical and structured thinking to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
This position is based at our plant hub in Baluchistan. Please note that relocation support is not available for this role.
