The Process Lead role focuses on eliminating process losses on equipment by developing and maintaining process standards and coaching line teams in problem-solving techniques. This position is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and continuously improving the Daily Management Systems (DMS) related to Centerline, Organizational Change, and Changeover processes. The role also involves leading data analytics and problem-solving initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Eliminate process losses on equipment by creating and maintaining standards through Daily Management Systems and problem-solving tools.
- Own and manage the Centerline, Organizational Change, and Changeover DMSs, along with problem-solving methodologies such as Initial Problem Solving (IPS) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- Actively participate in Management Operating System (MOS) meetings, providing updates on in-process measures, output metrics, and health checks of the DMSs under your ownership.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts targeting key chronic losses on the production line, promoting the application of successful approaches across the plant and network.
- Transfer knowledge of DMSs, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement initiatives to team leaders and equipment owners.
- Assess line team skills against target proficiencies outlined in the skills matrix and provide ongoing coaching to address any knowledge gaps.
- Manage line event data systems, ensuring accurate recording, categorization, and analysis through Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Line Loss Analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred fields include Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Integrated Work Systems (IWS), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Leadership, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement and deployment of production systems or work processes within a manufacturing environment.
